Creating Your Seating Chart

We’ve arranged our dining room dozens of ways and have found that in order for you and your guests to take full advantage of the view, have dinner service go smoothly, and not feel too cramped, this is the set up that works best. This design is created for a maximum of 94 guests, so if your party has more than that, please reach out for additional seating options. If you have a smaller party than 94 people, we will first eliminate the tables in the wings, and then eliminate table number 12, therefore only using tables 1-11 for your event. If you prefer to not have a sweetheart table, we can put that one away, just let us know ahead of time where the bride and groom will be sitting. 

Our dining room can accommodate a plated (highly recommended) or buffet style dinner. If you plan on having a buffet, your caterer will set the food up along our bar top and the bar will be closed over the course of dinner. The bar set up allows for the quickest and smoothest flow of people through the space to make sure your guests get their food as soon as possible.

Seating Chart Assignments

If you plan to have a plated meal (recommended) you MUST have a seating chart. If you are having a buffet meal, a seating chart is still recommended. It ensures that everyone has a seat at a table and that couples or families don’t get split up! Use our SEATING CHART WORKSHEET to plan your seating chart. Keep in mind that table number 1 has no more importance than table number 12, the tables are simply numbered for your catering team. Your caterers will need a final meal count 14-30 days prior to your event divided by table so when you’re doing RSVPs is a good time to make your seating chart and confirm meal count.
