Venue Packages

    • Weekend (Friday or Saturday) Wedding

    • Weekend (blackout dates may apply)  or Weekday Wedding

    • 42 or fewer guests 

    • 12 hour access time (10am-10pm)

    • Reception space included - Includes tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, barware, napkins, and cocktail tables with linens

  • $6,000

    • Weekday Wedding (Monday through Thursday)

    • 0-120 guests 

    • 12 hour access time (10am-10pm)

    • Ceremony site with seating included 

    • Getting-ready space for the bride & the groom

    • Reception space including tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, barware, napkins, cocktail tables with linens, and a confetti cannon

All venue packages require a two night minimum lodging buyout (weekday weddings require only one night).

All lodging packages include private access to the entire lodging space. The Black Diamond Lodge can accommodate up to 42 guests in 12 guest rooms. Guests will have access to 3 hot tubs, a sauna + steam shower, large community dining space, multiple fridges/freezers, game room, breakfast room (stocked with bagels, cream cheese, and all the coffee/tea/hot chocolate you could want!), and mud room. All lodging is subject to a non-refundable $1,800 cleaning fee.

Lodging Packages

    • Peak Season (Mid May-Mid October) - $5,000 per night, two night minimum

    • Mid Season (March, Early May, Mid Oct-Dec) - $4,000, two night minimum

    • Low Season (January, February, April) - $3,000 per night, two night minimum

    • Monday-Thursday — $2,500 per night, no minimum

    • Book a date happening within the next 90 days for:

      • Weekend - $2,500

      • Weekday - $1,500

  • Hiring of our partner agency, The Perfect Day Co, is required to ensure the event runs smoothly and that vendors, timelines, and setup are managed professionally.

  • If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, we require a bartending package with our internal Black Diamond Lodge bartending team!

  • Discounts are available for local couples and couples with a valid military ID.
