Peak Fall Colors at Black Diamond Lodge

Fall weddings at Black Diamond Lodge are hard to beat, especially when the timing lines up with peak aspen season in the San Juan Mountains. On this particular day, the mountains surrounding the lodge were covered in vibrant yellow and orange aspens, with a fresh dusting of snow on the highest peaks. The weather couldn't have been better, and golden leaves drifted through the air as the couple took portraits and exchanged vows in the ceremony meadow. The floral arrangements complemented the natural fall colors without competing with the incredible mountain scenery. Guests couldn't stop admiring the views, and even Tango, the couple's dog, made the most of the day running through the aspens. For couples dreaming of a fall wedding in Durango, Colorado, this celebration was a perfect example of just how beautiful the mountains can be in late September and early October.
