VINTAGE TRAVEL STYLED SHOOT
Spring 2025
Season: Spring

A Vintage Travel-Inspired Wedding with Thoughtful Details and Mountain Views
This styled shoot at The Black Diamond Lodge leaned into a vintage travel theme, blending nostalgic details with the natural backdrop of the mountains!
The design pulled inspiration from the idea of a shared journey. Stacks of worn suitcases, soft lace textures, and paper goods like postcards and matchbooks created a layered, collected feel, as if each piece had a story behind it. Nothing felt overly styled or staged. Instead, it came together in a way that felt personal, like something built over time.
The setting at the lodge complemented it naturally. Warm wood tones, open spaces, and views that stretch in every direction gave the details room to stand out without competing for attention. It’s the kind of design that works well here, where the environment already does so much of the heavy lifting.
What stood out most was how approachable it all felt. These weren’t over-the-top installations or complicated builds. Just intentional choices, thoughtfully placed, creating a cohesive experience from start to finish.
For couples looking for a direction that feels meaningful and a little different, a vintage travel theme offers a lot of flexibility. It can be refined or relaxed, detailed or minimal, but always rooted in the idea of telling a story that’s uniquely yours.
