A First Look in the Aspen Grove at Black Diamond Lodge

Hannah and Preston chose the meadow at Black Diamond Lodge for their first look, surrounded by towering aspens and beautiful mountain views. Getting everyone into position took a little creativity, including a shuttle ride up to the meadow and hiding Hannah in the bushes while Preston made his way to the trees. There were plenty of laughs along the way, and the behind-the-scenes moments made for some great photos of their own. Once Jordan had Preston in place, Hannah walked through the aspens to meet him for a quiet, heartfelt first look before the ceremony. The private meadow and surrounding aspen grove are some of our favorite locations for wedding portraits at Black Diamond Lodge, offering couples a beautiful, secluded setting to spend a few moments together before celebrating with their guests.
